Chamare watched her leave with a sigh. She turned and headed deeper into her den and laid down in her bed of moss and cotton. She placed her long tail over her nose and drifted off to sleep.

Adonis's eyes struggled to open from his comfortable sleep, but he forced them open. He stood with at-first wobbly legs, and with a short stretch began to exit. He stopped dead in his tracks, remembering what had happened the previous night. Great. He hoped he had made the right decision on Ikana's punishment. Leaving the den, and walked to the middle of the clearing. Seeing that everyone else was still asleep, he let out a bark. "Everyone will listen to what I have to say." He growled softly, going into his speech voice.

Ikana rose from her laying position. She had had a fitfull sleep and been unable to get much sleep. She exited her den and sat seperated from the rest of the wolves. Her heart was pounding with worry. Was she going to be exiled? Dead? She shook her head and sighed. A single tear was shed. It rolled down her cheek and onto the barren ground.
Chamare opened her eyes and looked at the light filtering in through her den entrance. She stood and arched her back in a great stretch before padding out of her den. She looked up at Adonis and shook her head slowly to herself. She had hoped that perhaps he would have forgotten, or maybe his anger calmed some. Appearantly it really hadn't.

Padding over to don Gixia's face was not concerened at all. "Don, I have decided to become a hunter. That is my final decision for my role in the pack. Take it or leave it." She said fircely in a way.

Adonis opened his muzzle to speak, but before he could he was interrupted by Gixia. Hunter. He had thought that she would choose this role. Her last words made his eyes go into slits as a glare, and he turned away from her, not answering. She of course was accepted in it, but he didn’t need to tell her that. Gixia should know. “I have thoughts about Ikana’s punishment, and knowing that the incident happened her her pack, then she should know what her previous alphas would do. She is the one to decide.” Adonis didn’t bother look at Ikana or Chamare for their reactions.

Ikana's mouth fell open. HER tell him what her punishment. A tear fell down her cheek."They were my parents. They hated me anyway. If they hadn't plotted to kill Chamare, they would probably just make her an omega for awhile until she proved herself. But for the crime she commited, they would have exiled or killed her. She looked up at Don and shook her head, tears still falling.
She turned and fled. Away from the pack, away from her past.
Chamare watched, astonished. She stood, heart thudding as Ikana left. Punishment would have been death! She couldn't sentence herself to death! She watched Ikana leave and burst out, calling after her."Ikana!.." But Ikana didn't hear. Chamare choked back a tear.A punishment was a punishment."Ikana...be safe..." she muttered. She looked up at Don, sad, and turned to return to her den.

Adonis glanced up to see her run away. Life was tough, deal with it. “Your decision has been made.” He murmured softly, watching her shadow disappear, forever he wasn’t sure of. After seeing her leave he turned toward Chamare, watching her head to her den. She must be upset. Adonis headed in her direction, and stopping at the entrance he called out, “Chamare, I need to speak with you.” He paused, waiting for a reply.

Chamare, dry eyed, turned towards the entrance."You may come in, Don. You do not have to ask to enter my den." she said. She was sorting through herbs as she fidgeted, mind on other things. She looke dup at Don and smiled, pretending nothing had happened."What do you wish to speak to me for?" she asked.

Adonis entered her den, in thought. “I am sure you know I need to appoint my beta within the next six days, and was wondering if you had any ideas. Why I am asking you, do not ask.” He said. Adonis didn’t really want to explain why he had asked her, because he wasn’t exactly sure why he had asked her, which would make it awkward if she asked.

Chamare blinked and thought."You know, I really can't say." she said."Our pack just began..." she dropped off and blushed."I mean YOUR pack just begun. There aren't really enough wolves to pick from. And we don't know them very well either. But I think Gixia and Amadeus might get together. They could make a nice beta pair. Gixia seems like a smart girl. But that's up too you if you trust her enough. I say a good beta pair are like your right hand wolves. You can trust them with anything." she paused, thinking about Ikana. She shook it off and then looked back at him."Go with your heart. Who do you trust most?"she countered.

“Our pack.” Adonis said. What she said was true, Gixia and Amadeus did seem like a likely pair. But Amadeus hadn’t come to most of his meetings, so he wasn’t exactly sure he could trust him. Gixia he was still getting to know, so again he wasn’t sure if he could trust her. Who did he trust most? Chamare. But she already had a rank that Adonis was sure she liked. Maybe he would wait awhile longer, just to make sure his choice was the right one. “I’ll have to get back to you on that one. But Chamare, you are trusted also, so you will also hear my plans for the pack. And don’t worry, you won’t need to use your skills for awhile, he won’t be fighting Lily Pool for awhile. But I will need spies soon enough to find out of their pack size.” He said, already thinking up the attack.

Chamare smiled and nodded. She stood and faced him."You know.." she paused and dusted a shelf with her tail."That I am with you always. And I will do whatever I can to help the pack. This is my home now. Now and forever. " she dipped her head."Who you trust most is who you should get to know most. Because to trust them with your entire heart, they have to see you care." she chuckled."Wolves don't care how much you know until they know how much you care." she said with a wink. She brushed her muzzle across his shoulder and withdrew."Is this it, Don? Or would you like to talk about the pack?" she asked.

Adonis nodded slowly. He was grateful when she said that this was her home, it made him feel like he was actually succeeding in have a successful pack. “There is a few more things I would like to speak about. First of all, you will know me by Adonis, my true name. No other wolf will now of this unless I speak of it to them when I feel the time is right.” He meant to say that he didn’t want her to tell the whole pack his true name, and said it in a respectful manner. “Another thing, I will need spies as soon as possible. Either new pack members, or pups. Pups may be a way off from now, unless Gixia and Amadeus did get together, and I’m not sure how to have more pack members. Any ideas?”

(Eep! Sorry I haven't been on so much. o.o' )
Arrats looked around, searching for Adonis. He had made his decision, and decided he would stay. Now if only he could find the Alpha... His eyes swept across the area, spotting Adonis talking to Chamare. He trotted over, stopping about ten feet outside the den, not bothering to announce his presense, just sitting there with his tail wrapped around his paws.

Ooc: It's ok ^^ Bic: Adonis nose sniffed the air slowly. Aeson. “Excuse me.” He murmured to Chamare, and turned toward Aeson. He didn’t really think that the wolf had been listening to their conversation, and even if he had it wouldn’t really matter. “Yes?” Adonis asked. An idea hit him- he had just been talking to Chamare about spies, and here was Aeson most likely telling his decision, would he choose the role? Of course, it was completely up to him.
